Kitting Lead Duties

Inventory Management

Monitor component levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure continuous kit production.

Quality Assurance

Implement checks to ensure every kit meets specification before leaving the station.

Training and Development

Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and knowledge.

Reporting

Maintain records of production metrics and issue reports to management for review.

Position Requirements

The Kitting Lead position is suited for individuals with strong leadership skills and a background in logistics or manufacturing.

Logistics Experience
