Billing at Founders 3PL is straightforward. We use a cost-plus pricing model with a flat 20% management margin, ensuring every line item is clear. This transparency maintains trust and eliminates surprises.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Initial Steps for Dispute

Customers must notify Armbrust in writing of any invoice dispute within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Undisputed amounts remain payable per standard payment terms. Armbrust must also notify customers of any corrections or adjustments to issued invoices within fourteen (14) days of issuance. Disputes or corrections not raised within this window are deemed waived and final.

Resolution Timeline

Once a dispute is validated, our goal is to resolve it within 5 business days. We will adjust billing errors promptly and issue credits or refunds as necessary. Your satisfaction and trust are paramount.

Errors can occur, but our system is designed to minimize them. Common issues include incorrect shipping charges, miscalculated storage fees, and duplicate entries. Each is handled with precision and care.
