Holiday Policy
Warehouse operating hours, observed holidays, holiday labor billing, and advance notice commitments.
Observed Holidays
Armbrust observes the following eleven (11) federal holidays, during which full-time employees receive paid time off. Paid holiday and personal time off are already factored into the hourly labor rate charged to customers and are not separately itemized.
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
- Washington's Birthday (Third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (First Monday in September)
- Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)
- Veterans Day (November 11)
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Operations During Holidays
During observed holidays, Armbrust may limit or suspend fulfillment operations. We make commercially reasonable efforts to continue operations with staggered staffing and temporary labor. In advance of peak seasons or critical ship dates such as Black Friday and pre-Christmas, Armbrust coordinates with customers to minimize delays and proactively communicates any anticipated fulfillment constraints.
Armbrust advises customers at least fifteen (15) business days before any holiday period expected to impact capacity.
Holiday Fulfillment Requests
If a customer requires holiday fulfillment beyond Armbrust's internal capacity on an observed holiday, Armbrust will attempt to schedule full-time or temporary workers accordingly. All such labor is billed at Cost Plus, and availability is not guaranteed. Armbrust uses best efforts to reduce these costs through staffing strategy and advance planning.
Holiday Labor Billing
There is no seasonal percentage surcharge for peak-season labor. Overtime labor during peak periods is billed at Cost Plus. Holiday labor is billed at double-time wages at Cost Plus.

Planning Around Holidays
Plan inventory and order releases to accommodate observed holidays. Orders released by 2:00 PM CT on non-holiday weekdays ship the same day. Coordinate with your account operator in advance of holiday periods to ensure smooth fulfillment continuity.
Our holiday policy is designed to provide predictability and transparency, ensuring your operations run smoothly year-round.
