Pick and Pack: What It Involves

The pick and pack process is crucial to getting orders right and on time. It involves selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Efficiency here directly impacts the speed and accuracy of order fulfillment.

Transparent Billing Structure

We believe in full transparency. Our cost-plus model adds a flat 20% management margin to the actual cost, with all line items visible. This clarity allows you to understand exactly what you are paying for, without hidden fees.

Standard Fees

Our standard pick and pack fees include a base fee for the first item and lower fees for additional items in the same order. We also offer custom packaging and insert options, each transparently priced.

Base pick fee: $2.50 per order (first item)
Additional item fee: $0.30 per item
Custom packaging: $1.00 per order
Insert fee: $0.25 per insert

Every fee is broken down in our invoices. This kind of transparency is rare but essential for trust.

Timelines and Accuracy

Founders 3PL guarantees a 4-hour fulfillment window. Orders released by 2:00 PM CT are shipped the same day. Additionally, we ensure 100% order accuracy, covering any corrections at no extra cost to you.
